CROSSFIT/METCON GROUP CLASSES
Our 60-minute METCON class is high-intensity training at its finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new. This is what makes this program our most popular.
OPEN GYM
OPEN GYM gives athletes access to the facility outside of our timetable classes to train when, and how they want. This membership option is ideal for those with busy lives who can not commit to our schedule or have specific areas they want to focus on. We do not recommend OPEN GYM to athletes new to the gym as this is not coached and is only supervised during gym opening times.
SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Alongside group classes and Open Gym, we offer Personal Training, Private Group Sessions, ATG, Sports Training/ Injury Rehab and prevention, & Yoga.
