1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you are training for an event, or just want to get into the best shape of your life, personal training is just that - personal. Your coach will tailor your 1:1 sessions to conquer your goals quickly, and sustainably. 

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Train in an intimate group that give the coach more time to focus on you, your goals, your technique, and provide you with more specific coaching. Perfect for those who are new to training, but also great for seasoned athletes to have more time perfecting skills.

CROSSFIT/METCON GROUP CLASSES

Our 60-minute METCON class is high-intensity training at its finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new. This is what makes this program our most popular.

SPECIALIZED SERVICES

Alongside group classes, we offer Personal Training, Private Group Sessions, ATG, Sports Training/ Injury Rehab and prevention, & Yoga.
