PERSONAL TRAINING
Individualized training and nutrition coaching with 30-day body scans and health reviews. 60-minute personal training is $100/session, at least 2 sessions/ week, charged every 4 weeks in advance.
CrossFit and small-group access included.

ON-RAMP
$500 for 5 x sessions. This is for people wanting to learn the basics of CrossFit and join small groups or CrossFit sessions. All 5 sessions are booked and purchased in advance and must be used within 3 weeks of purchase.

Multiple on-ramp blocks are allowed and encouraged for those that need the extra coaching. Once you finish your On-ramp period you will get the remainder of that month in group classes for free.

30-MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING
For those pressed for time. Now there is not excuse! This is perfect to work on weight loss, muscle gain or improve skills. CrossFit and small group sessions are not included in this package.

*More sessions are available, multiples of $100 per session for 60 minutes and $50 for 30 minutes.
