ATG is a training system developed by Ben Patrick (@kneesovertoesguy) to transform human physical ability. The principle is simple - your knees should be able to go over your toes, without strain or pain.
Knees over toes is a natural everyday movement; when we walk downstairs, when we jump and land when we bend and kneel. But, for so many years we have been told in exercise that your knees should NEVER go over your toes!
By not stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles and tendons used for this natural human movement we are causing our bodies harm resulting in painful injuries and far too many surgeries.

Knee issues don't just stop there, your knees impact your entire body and can be the cause of other serious injuries with your feet, ankles, hips, and back. Passive pain in other areas occurs when your body is adapting how it moves due to an issue in one place (ie; the knees) and therefore creating another issue.
