Our 60-minute METCON class is high-intensity CrossFit training.
Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new. This is what makes this program our most popular.
METCON is all about GPP (General Physical Preparedness). GPP is all about being well-rounded and preparing for “unknown” challenges, CrossFit is a training methodology and mindset that helps prepare athletes for whatever life throws their way.
METCON will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum but on most days athletes will train right in “the middle” for the most intensity and greatest power output. It is an incredibly diverse program where athletes literally train everything in a multitude of ways; It is full-on and full impact.
Our METCON workouts help athletes improve their GPP through a unique combination of high-power functional movements, relative intensity, and a conscious variety of duration-loading-volume-complexity.
