Our semi-private training allows for tailored feedback and adjustments. Smaller groups are ideal for those newer to training and learning, but it is also a great way for more experienced athletes to get more time with the coach to hone their skills. Semi-private training can also foster a stronger sense of community and support and enable motivation.

Semi-private group sessions are a more flexible option time-wise and allow for tailored workouts that meet your specific needs and goals leading to potentially faster improvement and reduced risk of injury due to closer supervision.

Semi-private group classes are up to 5 people per class charged at $50 a session every 4 weeks in advance. This is to be able to reserve and create accountability.
Unlimited CrossFit group classes are included with this package.
