You can walk into the gym and give us everything you've got three times a week, and still feel flat, inflamed, and slow to recover if what's on your plate is working against you instead of for you.

That's why we coach an animal-based approach to eating here, not as a 30-day challenge or a detox, but as how we actually eat. Protein-forward. Built around real food. Light on the seed oils and ultra-processed stuff that make recovery harder than it needs to be.

Here's the short version of what that looks like:

Build every meal around a quality animal protein first, before anything else lands on the plate. Cook at home in butter, tallow, or olive oil instead of the canola and soybean oil hiding in most restaurant food. Shop the edges of the grocery store, not the middle aisles. Whole fruit is fine for almost everyone training hard here. And organ meat once a week covers nutrient gaps most balanced diets quietly miss.

None of this requires cutting out every carb you've ever loved or memorizing a macro spreadsheet. It's five rules, done consistently.

We wrote up the full breakdown, including what a real day of eating looks like, in a free guide.
