Walking into a new gym can be intimidating. That’s why we don’t just throw you into a class and hope for the best—we start every new member with a comprehensive, one-on-one 90-minute intro session. This is your chance to tell us about your goals, past experiences, and any obstacles you’ve faced, so we can create a plan that actually works for you.


What to Expect in Your 1:1 Intro Session:

  • Goal Setting: We take the time to understand what you’re looking for—whether it’s weight loss, building strength, improving mobility, or just feeling better in daily life.

  • Past Experience & Roadblocks: Have you tried other programs that didn’t work? We’ll dive into why and find solutions tailored to you.

  • Injury & Health History: Your safety is our priority. We assess any past or current injuries, health conditions, and mobility limitations.

  • Nutrition Discussion: You can’t out-train poor nutrition. We’ll discuss eating habits and provide guidance on how to fuel your body for success.

  • Gym Floor Assessment: We’ll take you through mobility drills, movement patterns, and a short workout to gauge where you are physically.

The goal of this session isn’t to push you beyond your limits—it’s to assess where you’re at and prescribe a plan that is sustainable, effective, and built for long-term success.
