Joining the Marines straight out of high school, Sean developed his passion for health and fitness. Discovering the pioneering insights of Dr. Kelly Starrett, a leading authority on human mechanics and movement, Sean found his calling in physical therapy.

Following his military tenure, Sean pursued Exercise Science at Texas State University. Simultaneously, he immersed himself in coaching and competing in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, achieving success in both, notably recognized for his leadership and commitment, he was elected President of the Texas State University Weightlifting Club.

Sean's educational and professional journey continued at Baylor University, culminating in a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Today, he channels his extensive knowledge to empower athletes to reach their peak performance and guides everyday individuals in overcoming physical challenges. With a client roster spanning professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, and UFC, as well as collegiate competitors.
Sean's impact extends far beyond sports. His greatest fulfilment lies in enabling patients to lead active, healthy lives, enriching not only their well-being but also that of their families.
