RACHEL ROBINSON

Rachel is a beam of sunshine in the gym, her former cheer days show as she motivates and champions her athletes through the best hour of their day!

Masters in Exercise Physiology - University of Mary Hardin-Baylor

CF-L1

Rachel has always excelled in sports. Starting with soccer at the age of four she went on to compete as a collegiate athlete at Gannon University where she received MVP Athlete in her freshman year as part of their Acrobatics & Tumbling Team.

Throughout her athletic career, Rachel has dabbled with softball, powerlifting, swimming, track & field, and cheerleading. After competing at the collegiate level Rachel went on to get a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology while volunteering as an assistant coach for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Acrobatics & Tumbling Team where she was able to hone her coaching skills and gain a deeper understanding of the human body.

Rachel's passion for CrossFit started in 2017, her long history of cheerleading, acrobatics, and tumbling created an easy transition into the sport and was quickly hooked on the variation and high-intensity training it provides. With a natural affinity for being active and doing her personal best,  Rachel qualified for the CrossFit Quarterfinals in 2021 & 2022.

Rachel's ambition as a coach is to see athletes achieve their goals and do the things they didn't think they ever could. "The little wins are what it is all about, doing the hard things can lead to great lifetime habits."
